All of the team members’ majors are about construction industry at some point. All of us are full of enthusiasm for this industry. In general, we learn theories in university, we are eager to get these theories into practice. By practice, we can consolidate the knowledge we learn from classes. And the GSC gives us the chance to make it real. Most importantly, the GSC game is completely brand new for us, it is a challenge, we are not afraid of this kind of challenge, we fight for it, we learn from it.
Zhengmin Peng: Has interest in singing and playing computer games. Open-minded guy. It`s his first time to attend this competition. He takes charge of FINANCIAL and OVERHEAD in this competition and he is the team leader. His slogan is :friendship first, competition second.
Xinyue Zhang：She takes charge of marketing & personnel in this team. I took part in this game just because I love competitions ,which always make me excited.
Runlin Liu: A good guy named Runlin Liu takes charge of bidding & construction in this team.He has a great passion for the real estate industry.God will bless him with good results.
Lin Chen: a girl who likes to try new things is responsible for the estimating part of the team, hoping to have a deeper understanding of the real estate industry through the competition.
Zhengmin Peng, Runlin Liu, Xinyue Zhang and LinChen all study majors closely linked to the construction industry. Their enthusiasm for the industry made them very eager to put the classroom theories into practice and the Global Student Challenge was a great way of fulfilling this. “Most importantly, the GSC is completely brand new for us, it is a challenge and we are not afraid of this kind of challenge. We fight for it, we learn from it”.
For this competition, each team member relied on their personal attributes as well academic skills, for the allocated tasks and responsibilities. Zhengmin Peng is the “open-minded” team leader and very much enjoys singing and playing computer games. Although this challenge is a tough one, he tries to follow the rule “friendship first, competition second”. Xinyue Zhang took charge of Marketing & Personnel in this team – “I took part in this game just because I love competitions, which always make me excited”.
